CMG Financial is hiring a Post Closing Manager to manage and oversee all aspect of Post Closing, Shipping, Final Doc Delivery, GNMA Pool Certification and MERS.

The position will work onsite in San Ramon, CA at our Corporate Headquarters. Some Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule when needed. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES, includes the following responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Monitor and ensure established performance objectives are met across all functional areas.
• Monitor and assist as needed to resolve issues relating to Shipping, MERS, final documents and GNMA Pool Certifications.
• Working with Department Team Leads, ensure loans are delivered on time, final documents are sent to Investors within their specific time frame, GNMA Pools are certified on time, and MERS registration and transfers are completed on time.
• Communicates with Investors and IT Department to resolve issues that arise with image delivery.
• Facilitate communication between Team Leads and Investors or Servicers and intervene as needed.
• Assist Warehousing with warehouse issues relating to audits as needed.
• Assist Compliance Department with internal, investor or regulatory audits as needed.
• Communicates with Internal Departments, Investors, Borrower, Title/Escrow, Servicers
  on miscellaneous requests.
• Communicates guidelines, training needs, policy and procedure changes to staff.
• Ensure cross training in all areas.
• Foster team-oriented environment.
• Miscellaneous duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 7-10 Years of Experience in the Mortgage Post Closing area.
• Strong Mortgage banking knowledge.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish daily duties.
• Proficient in Microsoft suite of product; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced fluid environment.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality required.

Direct Reports: Team Leads, Shippers and Post Closers

PHYSICAL and ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:

This role operates in an ADA compliant office environment, utilizing typical office equipment and tasks including computer work. The position may involve partial stationary positions and moving throughout the day. Flexibility to work overtime to meet project deadlines is required.

CMG pays a competitive salary which ranges from $95,000 to $145,000. Factors that affect base salary may include: Post Closing experience, overall knowledge of mortgage industry, number of years worked in mortgage industry, computer skills, customer service experience specific to working with mortgage lenders, and education.
