Your Day

  • Troubleshoot and develop technical solutions related to software and setup errors for customers
  • Create and carry out test scenarios to duplicate identified problems
  • Create workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensure issues are resolved in a timely fashion
  • Escalate urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to the Tier 2 engineers
  • Ensure electronic knowledge base is utilized effectively and is maintained and expanded over time

Must Haves

  • Associates Degree in Computer Science, Programming, or related field; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience providing top tier customer service in a professional environment
  • Experience working directly with customers via phone, email or remote access
  • Technical support experience preferred
  • Ability to problem solve and communicate concepts effectively
