Your Day

  • Successfully build & manage a robust pipeline of net new, inbound leads from our well-oiled lead gen group including conducting value based discovery calls and effective qualification in order to start a sales cycle.
  • Analyze and strategically plan growth opportunities for current mid-market installed base and conduct effective ongoing account review sessions either remotely or in person
  • Build custom account plans including a strong value proposition and detailed engagement plans for mid & enterprise deals.
  • Provide input of customer insights, competitive data, sales metrics and market trends to marketing, sales management and product management
  • Effectively use competitive intel to design the right selling strategy for active opportunities
  • Maintain comprehensive dashboards that track key sales metrics and adjust activities rapidly based on the data


Must Haves

  • 3+ years of experience in software application sales
  • Proven track record of successful high volume midmarket and/or enterprise sales, via phone and in person.
  • Must be fluent in German or French
  • Strong understanding of business drivers used when building effective value propositions for customers
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Attention to detail including commitment to stay plugged in daily with CRM system
  • Quick learner with an interest in learning new technology and new sales methodologies
