Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Associate has a core set of responsibilities for their aligned talent acquisition (TA) function, e.g., campus recruiting, experienced consulting staff recruiting, corporate staff recruiting. In addition to those responsibilities, Talent Acquisition Associates will also lend support to other core TA functions on an as-needed basis. As with all ClearView employees, there is an opportunity for each Talent Acquisition Associate to join one of our many internal initiatives and gain unique experience outside of their TA role. This position is hybrid and based in our Newton, MA office.
This new Associate position will have their core responsibilities in campus recruiting. Our campus recruiting team hires for our Analyst, Consultant, and Senior Consultant positions as well as summer interns.  This spans undergraduate, PhD, post-doc, MD, and MBA recruitment.  Support for the aligned TA function is the primary priority of this role.  This position reports to the Associate Manager, Talent Acquisition – Campus Recruitment.
  • Proactive identification of and outreach to strong candidates for open roles
  • Prompt and polished communications with target candidates
  • Candidate tracking and management from application through offer or rejection
  • Aggregation of interviewer feedback and coordination of decision-making meetings
  • Responsible for creation of overall campus recruitment calendar; inclusive of undergraduate, PhD, and MBA recruiting cycles
  • Creation of compelling job postings within ClearView’s platform (Jobvite)
  • Advertisement of open positions through relevant channels (e.g., social media, job boards, campus career portals)
General campus recruiting responsibilities where support for experienced consulting and corporate staff recruitment may need support where time permits. 
  • Candidate scheduling, travel, and communications
  • Candidate reimbursement processing
  • In-office interview day coordination
  • Sell visit days/dinners coordination
  • Offer letter creation
  • Assistance with on-site recruiting program (e.g., internship, Connect to ClearView) coordination
  • Record keeping, document management, data entry
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience on a campus recruiting team or in a corporate environment is preferred
  • Experience with candidate tracking, ideally using an ATS (Applicant Tracking Software), preferred exposure to tools like Jobvite and Handshake
  • Strong sense of prioritization and time management
  • Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional written and oral communication skills
  • Willingness to give and receive feedback
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (specifically Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Must be willing to be in the office 3 days/week, and more if campus events/activities require work that can only be in the office.
