The role of Talent Acquisition Specialist entails overseeing the sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes, all while ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers. Your focus will be on developing an intricate understanding of skill requirements for both technical and non-technical roles, collaborating closely with the hiring managers to attract and secure top-tier talent. No two days will ever be the same! Your core responsibilities will include: 
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to extending offers, ensuring seamless and positive candidate experience 
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting our jobs and company as an employer of choice through various channels and events 
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for key skill sets and hard-to-fill roles 
  • Actively source candidates for strategic, urgent, and/or difficult-to-fill roles 
  • Use traditional and non-traditional approaches to develop strategic attraction strategies to promote Clearpath as the employer of choice 
  • Provide exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience 
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace by implementing initiatives to attract candidates from all backgrounds and experiences. 
  • Collaborate with the People Team and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires 
  • Support the People team on various initiatives as required

Required Experience/Skills: 
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in the technology sector 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively represent the company to external candidates 
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, especially robotics, and engineering 
  • Experience driving initiatives to improve equity, diversity, and inclusion in the hiring process 
  • Strong follow-up and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work on multiple positions at a time along with other operations & administrative-related tasks. 
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring top-tier talent in a competitive market. 
  • Knowledge of current recruiting trends, tools, and methodologies 
  • High empathy and emotional intelligence with a focus on business acumen 
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving industry 
  • Proven ability to support and collaborate effectively with others
