About the Job
We are searching for a highly creative and talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. As an integral member of our Marketing team, you will spearhead the development and execution of captivating designs across various mediums, including print, video and digital platforms. The ideal candidate must possess excellent technical and creative skills, as well as the ability to transform concepts and ideas into visually appealing designs. The successful candidate must have expert knowledge of design software and be proficient in all aspects of the design process, from concept to completion.
Your core responsibilities will include:
  • Take ownership of the visual brand identity, ensuring consistency and coherence across all design projects.
  • Lead the conceptualization and creation of  visually appealing design elements for a range of marketing and sales collateral, such as brochures, whitepapers, welcome handbooks, and social media assets.
  • Develop design requirements in consultation with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage timelines and prioritization of workload, and know when to ask for direction.
  • Maintain a meticulously organized repository of content files, facilitating seamless collaboration and efficient asset management.
  • Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (mainly InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, and Photoshop), Microsoft Office, GSuite, and Figma.
  • Competitive analysis and making sure to create content according to the latest market trends.
  • Oversee post-production processes, including editing and refining photography and videography assets.
Required Experience/Skills:
  • A strong design portfolio and resume that showcases your ability to design for email, social and print.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline.
  • Three or more years of experience in professional graphic design, working on design projects for both online and print.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (mainly InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, and Photoshop), Microsoft Office, GSuite, and Figma.
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for design.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
  • Knowledge of best practices for graphics and video content in various mediums.
