About the Job
OTTO Motors is seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Enablement & Operations Coordinator to join our Revenue Operations team. The Sales Enablement & Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the adoption and maintenance of selling databases, tools, training, and processes to empower our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.
This is a 100% remote position with the option to work in the Kitchener, ON office. This role will report to the Senior Sales Enablement Specialist.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Understand OTTO Motors’ value propositions in order to clearly align our internal selling resources to the unique needs and goals of our professional sellers.
  • Support the optimization of sales databases, data administration, deal desk, and tools such as Salesforce CRM to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of sales training programs and materials, including sales playbooks, product guides, and pitch decks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to ensure alignment and integration of sales enablement initiatives.
  • Maintain and update sales collateral and resources, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to sales team members on the effective use of sales tools and resources.
  • Serve as a point of contact for sales team inquiries related to sales enablement tools and processes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales enablement.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of sales campaigns and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Assist in organizing and managing training events such as SKO’s, QBR’s, and regular enablement sessions.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Sales Enablement Manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in education, sales, sales enablement, operations, or a related role within a technology company.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools and technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
  • Knowledge of training fundamentals and an understanding of what motivates a sales team.
  • Experience in the hardware or technology industry is a plus.
