JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to the following:


  • Sales Performance Management
  • Franchise stores operating strategies
  • Sales Improvement
  • Check the sales ( Daily, Weekly & Monthly )
  • New product Management ( CK release )
  • Sales Promotion Plan


  • Operational support
  • Analyse & consult the franchise P/L
  • A/R management
  • Intensive care strategies stores
  • Planning the increasing store sales
  • Visit store & check the Quality, Service, and Cleanliness of the store
  • Prepare new store open process ( Event, Order & Training)
  • Support a new store development(Design, drawings, Interior, lay out)
  • Provide Market Intelligence(Competitors, Event, New store open, New site )


  • Risk Management
  • Sanitary inspection for all stores regularly
  • Train how to manage store to improve
  • Handling customer complaints & real-time reporting


  • Communication
  • Keep relationship with franchise owner
  • Communicate the franchise regulations with franchisee
  • Communicate well with the related-vendors




  • Service minded and outside the box thinkers
  • 3 years of bakery or restaurant management
  • Familiar with Asian bakery
  • Must be able to travel up to 50% to time
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS office Suite – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • English Korean bilingual
