  • Measure, create and ensure exceptional guest experiences for customer retention
  • Coordinate and implement new product/promotion introductions and procedures in the restaurant
  • Ensure execution and compliance with all security, food safety, quality and cleanliness standard
  • Follow safety guidelines, conduct regular safety meetings, monitor cash handling procedures and thoroughly investigate all security concerns
  • Ensure implementation and compliance with the safety and operating rules, recommending changes and imporvements when necessary
  • Be responsible for P&L including creating efficient strategies to achieve sales target, stay within the budget, control labor cost and etc.
  • Admister all in-restaurant records and procedures including inventory, daily/monthly checklist, security and employee personnel files
  • Lead restaurant management team in recruitment, selection, hiring, retention, employee relations and corrective action
  • Conduct employee orientations and maintain accurate training records
  • Manage Team Members by directing, supervising, evaluating and implementing corrective action when required
  • Act as a role model for all employees by demonstrating behavior and work ethic expected by all Bibigo employees and implement and support all initiatives and programs as requested by the company
  • Carry out all supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Bibigo Kitchen policies and applicable laws
  • Be an expert in all different positions in the restaurant and have open availability

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 to 10+ years of restaurant management experience or equivalent experience in the field
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, always adapting to changes in as our company and guest needs evolves
  • ServSafe Certification
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs to a height of 3-4 feet
  • Be able to create and understand P&L
  • Proficient in MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Hospitality, Management, Culinary or a related field is a plus
  • Solid time management, organization and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication skills, leadership skills, and ability to develop employees and foster a team environment
