The Digital Designer has primary responsibility for the design of the company’s digital assets including websites, landing pages, emails, online advertising, social media profiles and posts, infographics, presentations, design templates, multimedia content and videos. Create best-in-class designs with intuitive user interfaces to maximize engagement and deliver a cohesive user experience with every touchpoint, on any device. Ensure that all visual design is on-brand and consistent.

What you'll do:
  • Front-end website design and development including website pages, landing pages, microsites, blogs and social platforms
  • Advance the overall usability design and performance of all digital assets.
  • Concept, design, and layout email marketing utilizing templates & custom html.
  • Work with marketing team to integrate all digital assets, including websites, social media profiles, videos, email and inbound marketing campaigns into a cross-platform engagement strategy.
  • Coordinate with Webmaster on website and blog page designs and content updates.
  • Design landing pages and squeeze pages that support inbound marketing campaigns, designing for the entire customer experience and engagement path.
  • Integrate websites with digital technology platforms including CRM and Loan Origination System
  • Design and code solutions utilizing best practices, latest trends, and available tools and technology, in order to meet today’s digital expectations, work in all browsers and on all devices
  • Adhere to corporate brand and style guide and compliance standards across all digital media
  • Design with user experience, lead generation and web functionality as primary focus
  • Understand website analytics and testing to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with the leadership to measure and analyze performance, and determine necessary design modifications needed for conversion rate optimization.
  • Organize work and prioritize to meet deadlines, and make timely decisions with sound judgment.
  • Provide design support for print collateral, banners, signage, presentations, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned
What you'll need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field; or equivalent experience in HTML/CSS website design and development.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a corporate Graphic Designer or Web Designer
  • Advanced skills in WordPress, with strong abilities to design, implement and maintain templates
  • Ability to implement a responsive design to the web using HTML/CSS
  • Solid understanding of web-based technologies, such as XML, PHP, JavaScript / JQuery and APIs
  • Expert knowledge of visual design software including Creative Suite 6, XD, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Strong conceptual development, wire framing, site mapping, responsive layout and illustration skills.
  • Proven ability in advancing a corporate brand across multiple platforms and websites
  • Thorough knowledge of best practices in website design, structure and UI/UX with an ability to successfully drive customer leads while infusing high brand awareness.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks, and do what it takes to meet deadlines
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Self-motivated and highly-organized, to be able to work independently with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about staying informed of industry trends, and eye towards continuous improvement, and an aspiration to make a difference
  • Excellent organization, analytical and problem-solving skills; can adapt quickly to meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects from concept to completion
  • Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to interact and engage effectively with professionals at all levels of the organization
