The Account Manager is responsible for receiving new loan submissions and coordinating the closing of the loan within a specified time frame. The daily functions include but are not limited to, verifying borrower’s information, verifying loan rates, and collecting all necessary data.

What you'll do:
  • Full responsibility for loan processing and document verification in preparation to fund loans, including initial disclosures
  • Retail and wholesale Loan Officer/Account Executive support
  • Excellent prioritization skills to perform daily follow up on all deals currently in process
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline of loans without sacrificing responsiveness, client satisfaction or attention to detail
  • Take initiative and proactively communicate with assigned customers, professionals, managers, LOs, underwriters and funders.  Confidence to communicate status of activity and escalate issues of concern
  • Track to make sure all conditions are satisfied
  • Review file with an eye for quality assurance and all pertinent documents are included
What you'll need:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in mortgage origination, prefer 3 years in private/hard money space.
  • NMLS license.
  • College degree strongly preferred
  • Spanish speaking ideal but not required
  • Non-agency product experience preferred but not required
  • Experience with Encompass a plus
