The Webmaster is responsible for managing all the websites within CIVIC’s network. This includes but not limited to corporate, account executive, individual landing pages and network of sites. Some of the features the Webmaster will be accountable for are: contact/lead connectivity, localizing the imagery and content. The Webmaster will need to measure and report the visitors month over month and provide performance enhancements and change recommendations to drive overall awareness by optimizing our organic and paid search. A secondary responsibility is managing our email incubation with our external customer database by creating a calendar of proposed send dates, gathering the necessary content, completing the creative designs and deploying these messages to our customers. Other responsibilities include projects to drive business through marketing and tech while managing our internal company dashboards and portal while curating content for company culture.

What you'll do:
  • Manage CIVIC’s corporate, account executive, landing page and network sites
  • Ensure all online features are working properly, such as contact and lead generation, chatting, etc
  • Introduce new features and ideas to grow and retain visitors
  • Report all the website data analytics to the Marketing Software Manager
  • Provide recommended enhancements based on analytics data (Google Analytics/Adwords, Hotjar)
  • Optimize the flow and traffic of all websites
  • Report the lead activity weekly for websites, paid search, and social campaigns
  • Email incubation (Email Blasts and Drip marketing)
  • Serve as the liaison between our digital marketing agency (YMP), web developers (8blocks) and other 3rd party vendors
  • Help create and maintain an Email Drip Journey to optimize client retention and conversions
  • Manage all the recent deals within the network of websites monthly
  • Manage the performance and content of our internal company dashboards via Geckoboards/NUCs
  • Run and manage projects that include but are not limited to the Vision Loan Shopper Program (LSP) and report on performance
What you'll need:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (major in Marketing a plus)
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience (mortgage background a plus)
  • 1-2 years of website administration experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate (oral & written) with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels of organization
  • Ability to curate content based on the needs of internal departments
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite products is a plus
  • Proficiency of all Microsoft Office Products is required
  • Basic knowledge of HTML coding is a plus
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced development environment
