Within the UK HR team, Ezim leads the talent acquisition for our commercial teams - Sales, Marketing, Customer Training, Product, IT development, IT operations and Facilities - along with implementing our employer branding and engagement initiatives.
Having developed her career, from agency contractor recruitment through to in-house talent acquisition, Ezim is well versed in recruitment best practice. This enables her to be an effective partner for her business group and the wider business which ensures a seamless and consistent recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Danielle Gandy – Talent Acquisition Partner
Danielle is the Recruitment Business Partner for our operational teams – Analysis, Media Research, Customer Services and Production.
Working closely with stakeholders within these business groups, she has a solid understanding of both the external market and business needs, allowing her to develop a strong pipeline of talent to bring into the business. She is passionate about people, finding top talent and matching with them with the right opportunity to ensure we continue to achieve our business ambitions.
Starting her career within agency recruitment before moving in-house, Danielle has considerable talent engagement experience across a number of industries including engineering, banking and finance, FMCG and now media.
Danielle graduated with a Master in Business, majoring in Marketing from University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia.
