We are seeking a highly motivated, diligent Security Analyst to join the Cirrus Logic Information Security team. You will work in a dynamic environment and quickly become a valued part of a team ensuring the security and availability of our corporate IT systems. As a member of the Information Security Team, you will handle security monitoring, policy compliance, vulnerability and risk assessments, security incident response, security training and awareness, and security consulting for system owners and end users of information resources. Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and assist in the development of the Information Security Program with a focus on incident management
  • Identify vulnerabilities, conduct risk assessments, evaluate, and recommend proportionate controls for Cirrus Logic systems
  • Detect, respond, mitigate, and report on cyber threats and incidents
  • Coordinate investigation and mitigation activities with internal IT groups
  • Monitor and report on general compliance to Cirrus policies and Industry Cybersecurity Frameworks
  • Collaborate and serve as a liaison between security team and internal/external partners for various IT initiatives
  • Provide consulting and operational support on projects across various security domain programs
  • Ensure that users adhere to policies and are trained on proper procedures to maintain overall data security
  • Assist in the development and sharing of knowledge within the security team

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, IT, or related technical discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of prior experience working in an Information Security role
  • Experience in responding to security alerts and in remediating security incidents
  • Good understanding of industry standard information security principles and best practices
  • Good knowledge of desktop and server operating systems
  • Basic understanding of computer networks
  • Good attention to detail and ability to multitask, prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills combined with the ability to translate technical knowledge to diverse audiences

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience or proven knowledge of Defense in Depth concepts, including, Identity & Access Management, Public Key Infrastructure, Cloud Security and Network Security
  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity and Risk Frameworks such as NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO27000 series etc
  • Experience performing security reviews, compliance assessments, and TPRM assessments
  • Experience with security awareness campaigns
  • Experience in project management methodologies and practices
  • Familiar with data privacy principles, including GDPR
  • One or more information security certifications such as ISC2 Associate, CISSP, GIAC, CompTIA Security+
