We have a unique opportunity for a talented Product Test Engineering Manager based in our Edinburgh office. You will be a hands-on engineering manager responsible for providing technical leadership to a team of gifted product test engineers. The team is responsible for the design and implementation of high-performance hardware and software to test leading-edge mixed-signal products for audio processing.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for NPI to mass production in HVM environment, yield enhancements, product disposition, and Test correlation/optimization activities in wafer sort and Final test environment
• Responsible for overseeing product performance at Cirrus's Osats (within Taiwan) and hardware repair
• Work closely with Cirrus Logic test engineering in Austin to debug NPI and engineering test program released
• Perform yield analysis and contribute to test process improvements
• Support production volume ramp from new product transfers to Osats and production sustaining 
• Engage in productivity improvement projects, including yield improvement
• Liaison between the Osats and Cirrus Logic's Test Engineering, Supply Chain and Quality team to meet production demand

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree Required. Preferred in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering with minimum 5+ years working experience.
• Experience with industry-standard Automated Test Equipment Teradyne J750/ iFlex/uFlex preferred
• Strong understanding of ATE Test Programming principles, preferably with experience in Audio Code, power amplifier and Mixed Signal testing
• Knowledge of statistical method and process control
• Knowledge of Spotfire, JMP, Python, VB will be plus
• Bilingual English/Mandarin
