Provide supervisory oversight of WFL Consultants, ensuring high-quality delivery of non-clinical education and support services across Navy Fleet & Family Support Programs.

Job Overview:

As the Contract Work and Family Life (WFL) Programs Supervisor, you will manage the delivery of a wide portfolio of non-clinical WFL programs. This role emphasizes leadership, staff supervision, and program compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, coach, and evaluate WFL Consultants delivering family support services.
  • Ensure delivery of information/referral, consultation, and training services across WFL program areas.
  • Oversee compliance with Navy standards, contract deliverables, and program outcomes.
  • Provide reports, analysis, and recommendations to Navy leadership on program operations.
  • Coordinate emergency preparedness and family readiness services as required.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a social or behavioral science field; OR equivalent experience.
  • Licensure: Not required.
  • Experience: 2+ years’ experience managing, coordinating, or supervising social services/educational programs.
  • Other: U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a background investigation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supervising staff in a government contract environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience and location.

Positions are contingent and will begin upon contract award.
