Product Manager, User Experience

Chloe + Isabel is seeking a Product Manager to join our Technology team, working on the customer-facing features that drive our eCommerce and Direct Sales business. We are looking for an individual who is driven, organized, autonomous, and has great communication skills, that can thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment. This role will report to the Vice President of Product Management and is based out of our NYC headquarters.

Note: This role is based in our NYC Headquarters. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own a portion of our technology roadmap, including writing user stories, working with stakeholders to capture feedback, and shepherding your features through the development cycle
  • Perform research and analysis on our competitors and benchmarks in other verticals
  • Support user research initiatives, from developing surveys to recruiting and moderating usability studies, to providing recommendations based on user feedback on how to improve our digital experience
  • Own the experience, collaborating closely with UX to turn your feature into its best possible form
  • Project management: ensure your features are on track, on budget, and that scope is maintained
  • Set KPIs and monitor results for your features, and communicate those results out to stakeholders and leadership (using Google Analytics, GoodData, or SQL)
  • Document strategy and accomplishments in executive presentations

You have:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Product Management in a similar role
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a closely-related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding of basic UX principles
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven success collaborating with end users as well as cross-functional stakeholders like Marketing, Merchandising, Sales, and Creative
  • Experience working on mobile applications
  • Highly collaborative approach
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Passion for digital and startups


  • Experience in eCommerce
  • Experience in Direct Sales
  • Understanding of any analytics tools, especially Google Analytics
  • Understanding of SQL
  • Understanding of basic UI concepts (basic HTML, CSS)
  • Experience with JIRA
  • Interest in fashion and jewelry
