Chloe + Isabel is seeking a CRM Specialist to join our Marketing Team, playing a key role in our internal and external communications initiatives. He/She will work with business owners to plan, create, and execute campaigns that drive key marketing metrics, including conversion, retention, growth, and engagement. The CRM Specialist will own end-to-end campaign management of various lifecycle and promotional programs, from pre-production to development, execution, and reporting. He/She will also assist in loyalty program optimization and will work cross-functionally to identify reporting needs, create dashboards, and analyze results to drive overall CRM strategy. This position reports to the Senior Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end CRM campaign production, including planning, coordination of content development, HTML coding, campaign and segment setup, and email deployment
  • Manage retention and loyalty strategies to reduce customer churn, increase engagement, and maximize lifetime value, including segmenting according to behavior and lifecycle
  • Assist in evolving, optimizing, and launching future phases of our loyalty rewards program
  • Develop effective loyalty-driving initiatives that target the highest value customers and brand consultants, including recommending new incentives, trigger-based automated emails, email campaigns, and text communications
  • Collaborate and work cross-functionally to improve email segmentation and personalization strategies through testing and analysis of subject lines, CTAs, and creative assets
  • Manage the internal email process workflow, including:
    • Own a company-wide email calendar across numerous cross-functional teams
    • Collaborate to ensure timely delivery of creative briefs and email assets
    • Provide technical campaign support for each deployment, including build, testing/QA, and analytics tagging using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Mailchimp platforms
    • Complete back-end/post-deployment analysis and reporting, including collaborating with the Business Intelligence Team, identifying trends, and recommending action
  • Manage databases and subscriber lists, and work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing productivity through targeted campaigns and promotions
  • Monitor industry advancements and the competitive landscape to improve segmentation, design, and email strategies, techniques, and tools, including adherence to present laws
  • Provide Marketing support on additional projects, as needed


Requirements:  

  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fluid environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Understanding of CSS and HTML and email design best practices across devices
  • Knowledge of fundamentals: CAN-SPAM, segmentation, mail merge, performance metrics, etc.
  • Prior experience working with a sophisticated email service provider (ExactTarget/SMC), managing daily email campaigns and reporting on results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel; preferred experience with the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Results-driven with exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
  • Creative problem solver with strong writing and communication skills


Qualifications:

  • BS or BA required, with a concentration in Marketing, Communications, Advertising preferred
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in CRM and email marketing; background in retail and/or network marketing/direct sales is preferable
