This position is responsible for communicating the Merchandiser opportunity to new applicants and facilitating a seamless (and fun!) experience during the interviewing and on-boarding process. In this exciting role, your efforts will directly impact the growth and success of Chloe + Isabel as you work with your team to build and grow the Merchandiser community. Role & Responsibilities:

  • Grow, coach and train a strong community of new merchandisers to maximize the Chloe + Isabel sales opportunity.
  • Act as a concierge to new merchandisers by checking in with each onboard during identified milestones to ensure they are setup for success to run their Chloe + Isabel businesses.
  • Deliver an exciting, personalized and consistent brand experience via phone, email and live chat.
  • Confidently speak to the Chloe + Isabel merchandiser opportunity, structure, terms & conditions, and current and seasonal promotions.
  • Achieve daily KPIs to meet team productivity and quality expectations.
  • Always deal with the most difficult situations in a willing and professional manner while aiming to turn all negative situations into a positive outcome.


Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Passionate, flexible, multi-tasker with entrepreneurial spirit that identifies with the Chloe and Isabel mission.
  • Desire to help Chloe + Isabel develop the role of New Merchandiser Experience Representative and grow within the C+I organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of successful work experience in a goal-driven inside sales, recruitment, college enrollment or lead management role.
  • Experience with outbound telesales and/or recruitment is a plus.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed goals.
  • Self-motivated with positive attitude and the ability to work well both autonomously and within a team environment.
  • Effective communicator with strong ability to represent the Chloe + Isabel brand through verbal and written correspondence.
  • Proficient in the use of Excel, Word, and email platforms.
  • CRM/database management systems (Salesforce.com) experience is a plus.


Note: This role is an in-office position based in NYC.
