Senior Sales Analyst to join our Tech Team!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand our business goals and identify the relevant KPIs that align with these objectives.
  • Provide data, analyses, modeling, and reporting to support monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Review historical data and market trends in order to identify challenges and areas of opportunity against our business goals.
  • Continuously monitor business KPIs and provide updates on an ongoing basis to key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present compelling excel reports and presentations to effectively communicate complex concepts to your stakeholders.
  • Partner with the Business Intelligence team in the design and standardization of comprehensive dashboards and canned reports.  

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics or other quantitative discipline.
  • Minimum 3+ years of work experience in an analytics capacity, preferably in e-commerce, investment banking, consulting, or related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL is required
  • Experience with Gooddata (or equivalent) is a big plus!
  • Expert in data extraction, manipulation, and visualization tools such as Excel. 
  • Capable of generating consistently accurate, useful reports as well as an enthusiasm for translating data into actionable insight relevant to sales and operational objectives.
  • Strong quantitative and research skills with ability to demonstrate data interpretation capabilities in terms of reporting and dashboards.
  • Complex problem-solving skills and ability to work with large amounts of data.
  • Balances desire for quantitative rigor against business priorities.
  • Attention to detail and time management to deliver high quality work for multiple projects across several stakeholder engagements while meeting deadlines.
  • Passionate self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit that identifies with the Chloe and Isabel mission.
  • Able to independently root out problems and develop upstream solutions.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills, as well as ability to communicate effectively across multiple organizational levels and roles.
