Chloe + Isabel is seeking an exceptional Ecommerce Web Producer to join our team. The Ecommerce Web Producer will be responsible for managing and maintaining C+I’s E-commerce storefront, including its seasonal website calendar, content, products and catalog via our proprietary CMS tool, and for ensuring the seamless online shopping experience across all customer touch points, both domestically and internationally.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the creation and maintenance of product and catalog data, merchandising categories, corresponding product details, and product imagery on the E-commerce storefront;
  • Lead the quality assurance process to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of seasonal collection launches;
  • Manage the execution, QA, and UAT of all web content launches through our proprietary tool
  • Build and implement promotions, coordinate roll-out testing and cross functional communications
  • Partner with cross-functional Marketing, Sales, and Merchandising partners  to build and coordinate an internal site calendar that directly aligns cadence with new seasonal product launches, seasonal print mailers, promotions, and all other applicable digital, traditional and email marketing initiatives;
  • Liaise with Customer Care team to ensure on-site customer experience aligns with customer service concepts and practices; responsible for creating and maintaining online messaging about shipping policies, FAQs and other customer-facing components of the E-commerce storefront;
  • Partner with Product, Quality Assurance and Engineering teams to troubleshoot E-Commerce storefront-related issues or bugs, and track progress of technical/UX related fixes;
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering team on refining web inventory management tools and troubleshoot related issues and bugs

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Supply Chain Management or a closely-related field
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience as a Web Producer or similar role with exposure to E-commerce site operation and merchandising lifecycle
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a liaison between cross functional teams and to spearhead communication and get things done
  • Experience working with web platforms
  • Proficiency in Excel

Prefered Qualifications

  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of inventory management from both a warehouse operations perspective and a front-end site management perspective
  • Ability to report and analyze website performance using Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of SQL
