Description

Chevo is hiring an Administrative Specialist to join our expanding firm. The position entails significant team and client interaction and becoming a trusted advisor to the client. The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience and versatility in providing support to IT project teams and their clients, coordinating team schedules, assisting with a variety of day-to-day needs, and providing general administrative support. The client location is in Washington, DC and metro accessible.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative requests and queries from team members and the client
  • Organize and schedule meetings, workshops, and other project events
  • Support generation of meeting materials, memos, emails and other deliverables as appropriate
  • Participate in meetings and take detailed notes
  • Respond to questions and requests for information
Required Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree
  • Minimum of 3 years providing administrative support

  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
