With fifty years of experience, we are the largest independent home appliance and spare parts distribution organisation within the UK working with a number of household brands including Dyson, Whirlpool, Hotpoint, Hoover and Bosch to name a few!

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our Trade team within ever expanding business. As a BDM, the role will involve:

  • Owning a geographical territory, covering the UK
  • Booking own appointments to secure client visits
  • Attending client visits to secure new business
  • Winning new accounts
  • New business development calls
  • Planning of own diary and appointments
  • To meet agreed financial targets
  • Identify customer's requirements and make business plans for the development of each account
  • Build sales pipeline
  • Identify where 'lost opportunities' are and put plans in place to bridge the gap
  • Analyse customer spending trends to ensure sales opportunities are maximised

As a BDM, it’s important you have:

  • Previous B2B sales experience within a field based role
  • Customer focus and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Drive to work to targets
  • Self –motivation

  • You have experience of covering the UK as a territory
  • A background within a product led industry
  • You can provide evidence of a proven sales record
