The Lumistella Company is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team! This position will support asset production for the Consumer Marketing, Retail Marketing, HR, Philanthropy, and Sales departments, as well as assets for internal use, ensuring adherence to the brand specifications related to “look and feel.” The Graphic Designer is responsible for producing high-quality design solutions that meet both internal creative standards, and specific business goals, related to each creative project. Our Graphic Designer is an essential part of our creative team and must be collaborative by nature!

 

This position will Create images, logos, pictures, and typography styles using existing visual elements and style requirements and combining them in new and unique waysThey will assist with the organization and maintenance of the graphic design filesThey will work closely with and collaborate with the Art Manager to manage work, schedules, and deadlines. They will also work closely with the photographer to assist with photo shoot preparation/execution and help create blog posts.  This position will be responsible for creating marketing/sales collateral including but not limited to social media ads, trade show materials, signs, flyers, brochures, and catalogs.

The ideal Graphic Designer will bring:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field required
  • Minimum of 3 years of industry experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and/or other design software
  • Design skills with an eye for consistency
  • Strong layout skills and design sensibilities
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and problem-solving skills, initiative, attention-to-detail and creativity
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills
  • Strong time management skills and accountability for meeting deadlines
  • Team-oriented, dedicated, inquisitive, self-motivated, and collaborative
  • Experience assisting photographer during photo shoots in studio and on location a plus

Working at the North Pole is like working with family.
