Senior Strategist (Remote)

Please note: This is a remote position, East Coast and Colorado candidates are preferred to ensure close proximity to clients. 


  1. Revenue:
    • The Senior Strategist manages client relationships by:
      • Cultivating and closing qualified opportunities for Linus, leading the business development conversation to sign new clients
      • Managing the process of converting new business opportunities into healthy ongoing client relationships
      • Identifying and closing additional organic revenue opportunities with existing client relationships
      • Directing associate strategists on active client engagements to deliver a highly positive client experience
  1. Strategy:
    • The Senior Strategist oversees the development of original strategies to meet the client’s business needs which includes:
      • Identifying the key client need during the business development process
      • Identifying the original and actionable insight that we can use to shift understanding
      • Engaging across the client organization to create alignment for the client’s program and identify organic opportunities for the agency
      • Overseeing the development of core strategy deliverables, using existing and novel tools and frameworks
      • Managing associate strategists on: quantitative research data analysis and the development of new models for quantitative research (conjoint analysis etc.), development of strategies and account management
      • Delivering and selling through strategies to the client and supporting buy-in and alignment among the client team
      • Occasional hands-on development of critical deliverables
  1. Relationship Management:
    • The Senior Strategist manages the overall relationships with the main client by: creating trust through high-value interactions at the end of the sales process and the beginning of the engagement, having a deep understanding of the partnership, and leading the strategy team on delivering an impeccable client experience.


  • Must have 5+ years of experience working in market research companies in the US
  • Undergraduate or graduate experience in psychology, behavioral economics, human behavior and anthropology is a plus- MBA with prior consulting experience is also desirable
  • Must have demonstrated experience in client management skills including communications
  • Must have excellent oral and written communications skills
  • This is a remote position. Candidates from East Coast and Colorado preferred to ensure close proximity to clients.
