Sphero is looking for a motivated individual that can help support our growing Accounting and Sales teams.

 

What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Compile and ensure completeness of certain sales information as it relates to the company’s financial statements; promotion tracking, credit memos, and sell through.
  • Support system-related SOPs escalations and issues.
  • Ensure the integrity of customer information maintained in the systems including Netsuite and Google Drive.
  • Identify process improvement areas to increase automation and efficiency
  • Coordinate regularly with channel partner’s Accounting teams about sell through, promotions, and credits.
  • Work with both Sales and Accounting teams on special projects.

  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and tasks
  • Data management and analysis experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with internal and external partners.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with little direction
  • CRM/ERP experience

  • Sales Operations experience in a consumer product company
  • Netsuite experience
  • Working with mass retail partners
