SkipTheDishes is offering a great opportunity for a creative and resourceful collaborator who thrives in a fast paced, rapid-growth environment to contribute to the evolution of Skip’s internal communications.

We’re looking for the right individual to build and optimize our internal communications strategy with the ultimate goal of shaping a community across all Skip’s teams to support high performance.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Establish and lead a communications strategy to educate and influence our internal audience about Skip’s initiatives and changes during our rapid growth
  • Create an identity and tone across all content in alignment with Skip’s internal brand to maintain quality and consistency standards
  • Advance Skip’s internal communication strategies and further the team’s expertise to ensure Skip is equipped to use traditional and leading-edge communication channels, methods and tools
  • Tailor content and information specific to the unique needs of each team
  • Track all internal communication initiatives to measure success and effectiveness, and refine methods accordingly
  • Provide strategic internal communication guidance to the leadership teams across the organization

People we’re looking for:

  • Experience leading a team in marketing / communications / public relations in a fast-paced, high growth work environment
  • Experience defining, managing and executing communication plans and strategies
  • Bring proven project leadership skills with the ability to direct multiple projects simultaneously
  • Collaborate effectively and personably with team members at all levels including highly technical subject matter experts
  • Effectively apply change management principles and has experience leading change efforts for internal and company-wide initiatives
  • Have a great attitude and are proven self-starters
  • Thrive in a rapidly changing environment
