What you’ll be doing

  • Managing budgets and optimizing campaigns in Facebook Ads, Google Adwords,, in addition to job boards

  • Working with our creative team to develop display ads and their associated landing pages

  • Tracking and reporting on all relevant KPIs using Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau, and more

  • Deploying and monitoring organic social media content (i.e. reddit, facebook groups, etc.) 

  • Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing success against goals (ROI and KPIs) using Google suite

  • Using from split tests and data collection to identify opportunities and optimize performance based on weekly/monthly basis

  • Contributing to new and creative growth strategies across stakeholder teams

  • Communicating effectively with agencies, vendor partners, and internal stakeholders

  • Evaluating and proposing emerging technologies. 

  • Providing initiative and perspective for adoption of new technologies

  • Be ready to help out wherever you’re needed to move the team forward!

People we’re looking for

  • Degree in marketing/communications or a related field

  • 1-2 years of proven working experience in digital marketing

  • Strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end user experience across multiple channels and touchpoints

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage confidently with industry partners

  • Demonstrable experience SEO, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

  • Highly data-driven with strong analytical skills and experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

  • Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments

  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, especially Google Suite

  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

  • Experience setting up and deploying email campaigns via Mailchimp or similar tool

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Considered an asset, but not required:

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

  • Familiarity with MailChimp or other eCRM tools
