SkipTheDishes is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced innovator to lead the charge in internal culture and engagement initiatives.

This dynamic role is an excellent opportunity for an individual interested in establishing and fostering a positive corporate culture that thrives on high performance and results.  You’ll be responsible for creating programs that inspire our valued internal team members to fulfill their motivations at Skip through impactful contributions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the People team in the development and execution of Skip’s employee engagement strategy across all teams in the organization.
  • Develop employee growth  programs that fosters high performance based on the needs of key employee segments
  • Establish tools and resources that enables our leadership team to understand and process employee feedback and develop effective programs that align with the needs of the business
  • Plan and produce impactful communications between all teams and levels of responsibility
