Common Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform an extensive range of administrative tasks such as calendar management, expenses, coordination of complex international and domestic travel itineraries, etc.
  • Coordinate, arrange, and run logistics for staff meetings and a variety of other meetings, including preparing meeting materials ahead of time
  • Document meeting minutes as well as manage and track action items
  • Plan and coordinate employee/client events
  • Experience working in and around start ups

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience, executive experience a plus
  • A positive can-do attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to gracefully handle time-sensitive duties
  • Amazing organizational skills, attentive to detail and master of follow through
  • Possess strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a wide variety of internal and external contacts at all levels
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter as well as with a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Docs etc..)
  • You know what it’s like to have competing priorities and have to make tough decisions
