Customer Success Integration Specialist

The Customer Success Integration Specialist assists with the setup, execution, and coordination of integration services for webcasts and virtual events. This role requires a highly detail-oriented individual who is comfortable interfacing with clients under fast-paced, time-critical situations and has excellent troubleshooting abilities. Advanced experience in the following additional areas is required:

  1. Marketing Automation Platforms
  2. CRMs (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM)
  3. APIs

Experience with the following is a plus:

  1. SAML
  2. Database technology (SQL)
  3. Web technology (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, PHP)

The role will require working with marketing automation systems such as Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot and Pardot, as well as CRMs such as, Dynamics CRM and SugarCRM.

  • Participates in implementation discussions with clients who have purchased the ON24 Integration Services
  • Assists in training and educating internal teams in the specifics around CRM integrations
  • Follows project plans and uses them as guidelines to manage customer expectations
  • Provides set-up and updated integration workflows and field mappings in the Scribe system to implement customer’s integration system
  • Tests, troubleshoots, and escalates integration issues
  • Supports CSMs, as needed, in integration “upsell” discussions
  • Define business analytics and create dashboards and reports to support sales & marketing operations and measure all aspects of our marketing lead generation engine: database cleanliness, campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, overall business performance
  • Ensure processes and best practices are in place to maintain the integrity of the data in the marketing automation set up.
  • Effectively manage a variety of technology, data and service vendors
  • Segment and leverage the marketing database for greater campaign efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide leadership in defining, mapping and documenting key marketing automation processes
  • Identifying and developing best practices; building templates to allow program teams to build best-in-class campaigns; training and playbook development
  • Develop & evangelize best practices


  • Understanding of data mining, data warehousing, business intelligence and lead management processes and technologies
  • Experience in software or high-tech marketing is a plus
  • Experience in business analytics
  • Advanced user of advanced marketing automation systems like Marketo or Eloqua
  • Well organized and able to provide high quality work 100% of the time
