Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead MIS projects in customer support operation business domain, throughout project’s life cycle: initiation, planning, execution, testing, UAT, rollout and post go live
  • Determine the scope and clear business objectives of the project and the critical success factors of implementation projects
  • Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure that the project progresses on schedule and within budget
  • Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required activities and tasks. Ensure quality and integrity of the information
  • Lead the project team: Analysts; Developers and QA (matrix management)
  • Create high level solution design documents
  • Interact with the business owners and end users to understand the business needs and processes
  • Lead Business workshops, Steering committees and UAT sessions
  • Prepare change management and roll-out plans

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Computer Science or other related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an MIS Project manager (global companies – an advantage)
  • Familiar with project management methodologies and tools (advanced excel, MS project, TFS)
  • Experience as a system analyst
  • Strong managerial skills
  • Experience in leading teams of analysts and developers (matrix lead)
  • Experience in creating detail design/ solution design documents
  • Familiarity with Global Support Business Processes
  • Experience with ServiceNow Application – CSM module - an advantage
  • Team player with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in global companies – an advantage
  • High level of English (writing and speaking)
