POSITION DESCRIPTION: Partner Alliance Manager


LiveAction is seeking an experienced Partner Alliance Manager to work closely with our Regional Sales teams on joint go to market activities. This candidate must have excellent well-rounded communication and technical skills and amazing at building business relationships.


  • The Partner Alliance Manageris responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding relationships with LiveAction channel partners.
  • Duties include coordinating on-boarding activities and training, mentoring, and motivating channel partners in the assigned territory; generating additional demand through partner events; studying the market for trends and reporting the same to the management; monitoring pricing policies; making sure that channel partners sign proper contracts/agreements; managing channel conflicts; training and mentoring partner account managers; and fostering relationships between LiveAction and our partners.
  • Responsible for the partner relationship, including strategic planning, consistent increase in sales, and cooperative marketing in various regions.
  • Develop and execute joint go to market programs including integrated solutions, bundling, and customer events.
  • Track program progress and results.


  • 5+ years of enterprise software and/or technology sales experience
  • Program management, business development and relationship management skills required to support the LiveAction Field Sales Organization
  • Strong marketing, sales, business acumen, and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • Knowledge of Channel Partners across EMEA,
  • Positive can-do attitude, driven, reliable, trustworthy, intelligent, and team player.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team in a virtual office environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship building, and creative consultative selling skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication presentation skills, including ability to orally answer questions clearly and succinctly. 
  • Must reside in Western / Western Central Europe
  • Must be multilingual with working fluency in at least 3 regional languages inclusive of English, at minimum French and German. Others are a plus
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly. 
  • Ideal candidate understands Enterprise Networking, Performance Management, Security and has a broad knowledge relating to Cisco (and other) networking technologies, industry best practices, and business solutions.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50-60% of the time.
