Founded in 1996, we are experiencing rapid growth and seeking to add a Senior Marketing Manager – B2B to support our growth strategies. An integral member of the Marketing Team, the Senior Marketing Manager – B2B will assist in the creation, execution and tracking of revenue and awareness generation campaigns as we look to deliver against aggressive business goals.

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Creates and executes the marketing strategy and plans for solutions targeting the Payer and Employer markets
  • Improves brand awareness and drives interest and growth within these key verticals through strategic, high impact, integrated marketing campaigns and thought leadership initiatives
  • Supports the Sales team through effective lead generation/revenue acquisition campaigns, persuasive collateral delivered in print and digital formats, sales presentations, and competitive and market intelligence
  • Maintains and grows robust, segmentable contacts database within Salesforce.com that serves as foundation for demand generation and Sales pipeline activities
  • Serves as power user of Salesforce.com, HubSpot and Hoovers.com, and innovates use of same (and integration among them) to optimize campaign efficacy and value
  • Proactively develops and manages Sales collateral, master PowerPoint slide library, Sales toolkit resources, and specific client presentations
  • Cooperates with Events Manager on success with and results of tradeshows, events and webinars
  • Project-manages product marketing collaboration and production efforts


Desired Skills and Experience

 

  • College degree required, preferably in Marketing or Communications
  • 7-10 years of communications and marketing campaign experience, preferably in a healthcare or benefits environment
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, project management and written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain relentless attention to detail and accuracy while working independently or as part of a team
  • Proven ability to handle high volume workload and multitasking projects
  • Experience working with graphic designers and managing vendors a plus
  • Capacity to adapt to a changing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage several production schedules and numerous projects in different completion stages at the same time
  • Desire to work in a fun, challenging, and rewarding office environment
  • Occasional travel required to assist in prospect meetings and events
