Description

The primary responsibility for Business Development Associates is to generate and acquire new business by creating dialogue with Senior Executives across various industries in Fortune 500 companies. You will introduce our DB&A business model and strategically schedule business meetings for Regional Vice Presidents of Sales in specific territories. This full-time position is based in our corporate headquarters located in Dallas, Texas.

Compensation

  • Base salary of $45K for the first 3 months
  • Progresses to $47K thereafter
  • Bonus potential is $100 per appointment set and held, with uncapped commission potential

Work Schedule
  • 4 shifts available
  • Full-time position Monday - Friday

Responsibilities
  • Serve as an enthusiastic and professional Brand Ambassador for DB&A
  • Contact 100+ prospective clients
  • Introduce DB&A’s business model and consulting services with ability to articulate
  • the value of professional services to C-level executives
  • Successfully schedule and confirm meetings for Regional Vice Presidents of Sales
  • Independently research and update established prospect database
  • Meet and exceed daily sales goals and objectives
  • Maintain and report daily accountability standards
  • Manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • High school diploma required
  • Proven track record of inside sales experience in a high-volume environment
  • Documented B2B sales expertise
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Proven success making 100+ daily outbound calls
  • Experience utilizing and updating CRM system – Salesforce experience a plus
  • Advanced negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
