  • Work cross-functionally to create consistent escalation processes to address policy violations across supply channels and regularly communicate this to all sales teams.
  • Use sound judgement to work through ‘grey areas’ to make balanced decisions of revenue versus risk.
  • Ensure that content policies across supply partner contracts are globally consistent, and define locally required exceptions/extensions where necessary.
  • Collaborate with legal, PR, marketing, and sales to develop a clear narrative on our efforts around supply quality and safety.
  • Keep current with industry best practices and trends to keep our processes and practices current, and promote Criteo as a market leader in quality supply channel management.

What do we NEED?

  • 5+ years of experience in online ad operations, digital policy or strategic platform partnerships
  • Analytical thinker who understands commercial objectives
  • Deep understanding of programmatic technologies and the digital ad landscape
  • Solid project management and organization skills
  • Good conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Effective communicator who can distill analytical detail into actionable and accessible results
