We are looking for a highly motivated Strategic Planning Sr. Manager to drive the development of our Global Supply business. As this is a recently created position, you must thrive in a startup environment, be proactive, detail oriented and eager to learn and keep-up with an evolving product landscape.

What will you be doing?

Our Strategic Planning team for Global Supply focuses on analytics, business operations, and strategy for the Global Supply organization. Our mandate is to ensure the health and growth of the supply organization to ensure that Criteo can deliver maximal performance for its clients. This team is designed to enhance Criteo’s positioning across all of our supply channels, including Criteo’s counterparts (such as Google, Facebook, Yahoo and others), as well as major publishers. The Strategic Planning Sr. Manager will work with counterparts across the supply organization to create new processes, develop business cases, and monitor performance for all of Criteo’s supply channels.

In this role you will be expected to:

  • Monitor the pulse of the business to closely track Supply performance, identify trends and drivers, and take action to prioritize next steps and opportunities
  • Own major initiatives for Supply
  • Work with senior leaders to define organization strategy, KPIs, and ensure alignment across Supply
  • Develop understanding of Criteo buying methods, including direct and programmatic (real-time bidding) relationships
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute on existing gaps in Global Supply organization
  • Build alignment across the business and technology groups around improvement and development priorities for all Supply
  • Ensure efficient collaboration between commercial, Central Sales Ops, FP&A, and various analytics teams
  • What do we NEED?

    • 6+ years of experience in an analytical role in Technology, Consulting or Private Equity
    • You hold a Bachelor degree or higher in a numerical subject
    • You have experience structuring business problems to drive decisions
    • You are passionate about growing a business using analytics
    • You can create polished analyses and presentations at an executive level
    • You have experience managing analysts in a global organization
    • You are versatile, self-driven, detail-oriented and hands-on
    • You are curious and drive toward the answer
    • You are fluent in English
