Management Consulting: Summer Internship 2020
Teneo Management Consulting is looking for exceptional individuals to join our firm! We are open for applications to our Summer 2020 internship programme with applications closing on Friday 6th March.
Our Management Consulting division focuses on answering key strategic questions for business and public-sector leaders through our mix of senior experience and rigorous analysis, combined with the unique expertise that exists across Teneo. We operate across a diverse array of sectors including healthcare, transport, software and TMT, amongst others. Within these markets, we provide strategic, operational, and due diligence support, advising FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 firms, key public-sector organisations and leading private equity houses.
Our culture is critical to our success. We have a flat management structure, an open and collaborative office atmosphere, and our smaller case teams mean greater responsibility early on. To aid our team’s progression and learning, we foster a supportive environment with a focus on mental health and wellbeing, and we strive to offer market-leading remuneration.
Our interns are a key part of our London office, and will quickly become involved in live case delivery. The internship programme will include a range of tasks, from qualitative research, to detailed quantitative analysis, and writing client presentations. Throughout, interns will be guided by our experienced team of consultants, who will provide them with ‘hands-on’ learning opportunities, one-on-one coaching, and structured training sessions. New joiners go through a structured induction week, with continuous improvement supported by assigned Mentors who take an active role in their Mentees’ personal development and improving their skillset throughout their time at Teneo.
We will be offering 6-week internships for the following dates:
- 29th June – 7th August
- 3rd August – 11th September
We hire exceptional individuals with excellent analytical and communication skills, and an entrepreneurial attitude. Our interns come from a varied range of backgrounds, but we look for a common set of strengths:
- Highly logical and numerate, with excellent communication skills and creativity
- Ambition, drive and potential
- Evidence of leadership and teamwork in academic, extra-curricular or work experience
- Outstanding academic achievement, with (or working towards) a 2.1 degree or better in any degree discipline, and an A grade at Maths GCSE, A-Level, or equivalent
- Working knowledge of Arabic or a major European language is an advantage but not essential
