WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

In this full-time, temporary position within Code42’s Talent Team, the Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist (Contractor) will partner with a dynamic team of full life recruiters who partner with the business to identify, engage, select and onboard the best talent for the organization.  The team is looking to augment our efforts with an experienced TA sourcer who knows how to successfully develop candidate pipelines through strategic sourcing initiatives through a variety of channels for both technical and non-technical positions.

This is a critical role to the success of the Talent Acquisition function within Code42 and is viewed as key functional resource.  Please know this is not a full-life cycle recruitment role, rather a key partner in the overall process.

YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Partner with the Director of Talent & Diversity and the Talent Acquisition Partners to deeply understand role requirements, the function of the position, how it fits into the team and organization to develop a candidate profile.
  • Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on various sourcing streams including, but not limited to: company provided sourcing tools, database search, internet sourcing initiatives, tactical research, referral generation, social media initiatives, sourcing campaigns and other relevant resources.
  • Screen resumes and qualify candidates to determine best fit across a broad range of positions and route candidates appropriately.
  • Engage and activate passive candidates via highly targeted and personalized approaches.
  • Serving as an employer brand guardian, evangelizing Code42’s employer value proposition and ensuring messaging is consistently on-brand in execution and delivery.
  • Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of recruiting metrics, reporting and applicant tracking systems.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
  • 5+ years’ experience successfully sourcing talent on a global level for both technical and non-technical roles in a corporate HR department (high-tech preferred)
  • Foundational understanding of the full life cycle recruitment process
  • Ability to support high volumes of staffing and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A demonstrable history of using creative sourcing approaches, including leveraging strategies that are uniquely your own.
  • A tenacious drive to win and persistence to push beyond adversity to solve the most challenging problems.
  • A successful track record of achieving targets, whether those be deadlines, recruiting goals, or both.Self-starter with an incredible work ethic and team first mentality.
  • Strong ability to tell the company’s story in a way that speaks to an individual candidate’s motivation and career goals/interests.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is critical
  • Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent documentation and prioritization skills
  • Knowledge of state/federal labor laws and guidelines (including EEO)
  • Mac/OSX skills preferred
