The Senior Digital Designer will create memorable digital experiences that engage audiences across all of Code42’s online channels.  As a key member of the Digital Marketing team, this role will partner closely with the website and paid media managers to produce intelligent design solutions that bring Code42’s brand to life and drive demand for our business.

The ideal candidate is a team player with deep experience translating strategic direction into impactful designs that deliver digital marketing results. Attention to detail combined with a strong working knowledge of design-related applications is essential.


  • Designing and developing ads to support digital media plans across LinkedIn, Facebook, and various banner ad placements
  • Designing and developing webpages including microsites, landing pages, product pages and various other site experiences
  • Creating mood boards, storyboards, interactive page layouts, site grids, interface demos and other website solutions that align to broader marketing objectives
  • Establishing the strategic vision for digital creative solutions, ensuring consistent experiences that align with key performance indicators and UX/digital design best practices
  • Using data insights to inform new design direction, optimizations, creative tests and improvements; Utilizing conversion rate optimization best practices in all digital design elements
  • Executing additional projects that fall broadly in the role (photo retouching, SVG creation, animated GIF creation, etc.)


  • Minimum 5 years of web & graphic design experience for leading or emerging brands
  • Minimum 3 years designing and developing banner ads for direct response digital media campaigns
  • 4-year design degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Knowledge of banner ad design best practices, including working knowledge of IAB standards
  • History of creating digital web experiences for SaaS-based B2B brands
  • Functional knowledge of HTML, CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, and user-centered design principals
