YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Identifying net new prospects in assigned territory
- Making sure all prospective customers are aware of our full suite of products
- Assisting enterprise customers with their sales questions to continue to promote the Consumerization of IT
- Understanding our suite of products and variety of customer targets and needs
- Extensive technology and CRM usage, documentation and data mining
- Ability to Multi-task in a Fast-Paced, Creative, Technical and Entrepreneurial region team environment
- Building rapport with new customers and moving the sales process forward through phone contact, campaigns and internet contact
- Assisting with customer satisfaction surveys and communication of product upgrades
- Working with a variety of sales cycles ranging from minutes to months in length
- Bachelor's degree
- Aptitude for Technology knowledge, spreadsheet and CRM Utilization
- Fanatical Devotion to Sales Development, Customer Service, Business Quality, and Data Security
- The ability to be flexible and work in a rapidly changing environment is required
- Strong Oral and Written Communication skills with a variety of customers and levels of technology knowledge
- Strong Creative, Multi-tasking, Problem Solving and Organizational skills
- Experience in a team environment
- The ability to build rapport with prospective and repeat customers over the phone and internet
- The ability to work with a variety of internal groups including Accounting, Technology, Enterprise Sales, Marketing and Administration
- Some Customer Service or Sales Experience preferred
