Description

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Respond to  homeowner warranty calls as assigned by Warranty Manager
  • Call homeowners within 48 hours of receiving their call, fax, or email
  • Create work orders
  • Enter work order information into NewStar and distribute to Subcontractors
  • Close out all completed work orders in NewStar
  • Schedule warranty work with homeowners, field personnel, and trades
  • Meet/greet homeowners during orientation walk.
  • Visit with homeowner 30 days after closing
  • Call home owners on all completed orientation walk-thru to ensure that work was completed to their satisfaction
  • Call homeowners on all completed work orders to ensure that work was completed to their satisfaction.
  • Assist in maintaining community standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with customers, contracted agencies and workers, other employees, supervisory personnel
  • Experience in homebuilding industry preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft word

 Education and Experience:

  • 1+ years of home building industry experience required. 
  • High school degree or GED.
