Full Stack Developer
We’ve recently rebuilt and rebranded our websites, focusing on user experience and content systems. Next, we want to take our system architecture and tooling forward in a big way — and we want you to help.
We are seeking:
- You’ve built web software, and perhaps other applications.
- You have a solid understanding of testing, CI, and deployment.

We do a mix of project and maintenance work, including implementing new functionality and debugging issues. Like all web technology based planes, we’ll be rebuilding this one whilst flying it.
The web codebase is now quite well-structured and drives multiple sites, but is built on last-gen technologies with several limitations. Migrating from this stack to more modern technologies, with co-workers as excited about this next step as you are, is a development opportunity you’d relish.
The websites we produce on the web team are key to Brandwatch’s strategy and image as a global leader in digital consumer intelligence, building smart solutions to capture, analyze and share insights from millions of conversations across the web.

Practically speaking, you’ll work with our lead designer and developer, web designer, and report to and work with the web team lead, also working closely with our partners the design team, and our dynamic marketing team. We try to have a laid back attitude, but are ambitious about doing the best possible work.
As a team and an individual you’ll find rare autonomy here, so this role would suit someone who prefers decision-making within a small team to being a smaller cog in a large engineering machine.
The web assets we build are used by millions of people each year, and we work with stakeholders across the company, from marketing to the product team to the CEO. So some great people skills won’t go amiss!
