Blue Nile is looking for a passionate and talented Inventory coordinator who will work in conjunction with the Quality Assurance and distribution team to assist in the oversight of Blue Nile’s inventory while filling customer orders accurately and within Blue Nile service standards.


Responsibilities:

Support our Customer Service and Fulfillment Center organization by insuring the availability of product and answering other questions about inventory and in-process orders.

  • Enter data from new orders in order-tracking system.
  • Coordinate the accurate and timely movement of goods throughout network.
  • Timely intra-departmental communication.
  • Problem solve and do root cause analysis for errors detected in inventory.
  • Maintain a record of excellent attendance, punctuality and job focus
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in clerical/support position with moderate level of responsibility.
  • Experience and competency in data entry.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimum direction, self-starter, process focused.
  • Must be able to work seasonal mandatory overtime including early start times, holidays, weekends, etc.
