As a BloomReach Data Analyst, you will analyze how BloomReach’s products are driving results and help craft visualizations to demonstrate that value to our customers.  You will be a key member of the Customer Success team at BloomReach, and in the course of your work, identify areas of product improvement, extract marketing insights, and build tools to improve the efficiency of our business team. You should be scrappy, hands-on and passionate about helping us deliver value and drive success for our customers, and using those learnings to improve our product and business processes.  You will be working with some of the top online and mobile retailers in the world, cutting-edge technology and world-class engineers. 

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain a deep knowledge of how the BloomReach product works and identify areas of improvement
  • Analyze customer data from A/B tests and website trends to help show how much value BloomReach is driving through its product
  • Build tools and automate common analyses that help BloomReach business team more effectively and efficiently communicate results to customers
  • Communicate results and insights effectively to product, engineering and management teams. 

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in quantitative major such as Computer Science, Mathematics, and Statistics. MS degree or understanding of advertising business models a plus.
  • Analytical skills and background in spreadsheets and SQL. Understanding of customer segmentation, experiment design, and basic marketing concepts a plus.
  • Experience in Python, Unix text processing, Perl or equivalent. Experience in Java, bash scripting, and statistical models a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; excellent verbal/written communication skills including presentations.
