Description

We are looking for motivated account managers who love driving successful outcomes for customers. BloomReach works with a wide range of customers to help them increase site revenue/engagement and improve customer experience.  BloomReach products are components of a personalized discovery platform that optimizes user intent in order to drive customer revenue across channels and devices. You will partner with the customer to clearly communicate and realize meaningful results while working directly with our engineering, product, quality, and marketing teams. You will be a trusted adviser to our customers using BloomReach technology solutions. 
 
Responsibilities:

  • Own a book of business for which you are responsible for customer success and revenue growth

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers

  • Understand and discuss complex products and identify ways to optimize product performance

  • Partner with Technical Services and Sales to drive product implementations, pilots, and contract renewals

  • Regularly analyze key account metrics and identify new growth areas

  • Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams to scope out business opportunities and to deliver results (e.g. product enhancements, marketing needs)

  • Exemplify an outcome/ results-oriented approach

  • Work collaboratively to build relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and drive revenue

Qualifications:

  • BA or BS degree and at least 2-3 years’ experience in account management, sales, online marketing, or consulting

  • Experience in online media or search technologies desired.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical and influencing skills

  • Excellent written and communication skills

  • Ability to deliver results under pressure
