Job Description

You will be involved in the entrepreneurial adventure of a fast-growing catering group and will lead the UK maintenance.

You support the management of maintenance/maintenance budgets, contracts for existing restaurants and implement all measures for future restaurants.

Overseeing the UK estate

o Supervision and follow-up of maintenance contracts 

o Monitoring of maintenance KPIs

o Self-checking on restaurants

o Budget management and cost optimization

o Conducting training in restaurants

o Maintaining communication with the operation

o Implementation and monitoring of an energy saving strategy

o In relation with the construction division, optimization of future constructions

o Follow-up of work to upgrade restaurants

o Technology watch

o Realization and optimization of specifications

o Management of a team of maintenance technicians

o Assistance to restaurant managers on maintenance follow-up

Your profil

  • Master degree in facility management
  • You have a first successful professional experience in a company or with a service provider
  • You have solid technical and financial knowledge in the field of building maintenance and regulations
  • You have a taste for figures, a sense of priorities
  • You have good interpersonal skills and analytical skills
