About Big Mamma Group
Big Mamma's intention is to share authenticity and warmth of traditional Italian trattorias abroad. The group opened 8 trattorias & the biggest food court in Europe in 4 years. We do traditional Italian cuisine and we serve 7500 diners per day in France & in the UK. All produce is directly sourced from small Italian producers and from local producers in the UK, dishes are 100% homemade, served at affordable prices, in beautifully designed spaces and with a big smile.
But Big Mamma is also a 900 people-team proud to provide the best customer service and to make their customers spend the best moment of their day in its trattorias!

I think we all agree to the fact that there is nothing better than a freshly cooked, beautifully presented and scrumptious breakfast to start your day.
Our ideal Chef would have a passion for good quality & delicious food. He will take pride in what he does and would be able to multitask and have a can-do attitude!
Our breakfast would try to recreate the traditional English “fry-up” with a Mediterranean touch!
As Breakfast Chef, you will work in a creative and inspiring Italian environment. We will have to take control of breakfast by cooking serving and ensure a truly delicious and memorable breakfast!
We are looking for someone proactive, enterprising, resourceful and creative who is prepared to play an important role in our development in the UK.
As a Chef Breakfast, we will also be responsible for:
- Ensuring adequate stock levels of supplies and consumables (managing orders and stock rotation)
- Taking part with all the F&B and Chef’s team in the conception of new menus
- Supervising and training junior chef brigade of commis & demi Chef de Partie's
We are about to open our second trattoria in London in one of the most trendy district: Fitrzrovia.
Circolo Popolare will be serving Italian cuisine inspired by summer days in Sicily and will be the second biggest restaurant of the group: 836 square meters / 280 diners.
The trattoria will be open from 9 am to 1 am and we plan to have 1000 clients/ day.
Breakfast Chef benefits
Morning shifts from 7 am to 15:30 pm
2 full & consecutive days off/week
Salary of approximately 40.000£/year dependent on experience
