As a Pastry Sous-Chef, you will be responsible for keeping our pastry to its best level in the UK: homemade, fresh and authentic.
You should be willing to work in a young international team, be sociable and an open-minded person to integrate yourself in the squad.
We will follow the Chef & Pastry Chef Executive in the operational and daily activity of the restaurant and will contribute to the elaboration of the new menus every month.
You will be the chef’s right arm; you will keep the planning updated and control the food quality of the ingredients and will ensure the follow-up of the recipes.
You will take part in the management of the team and have a role in their formation and follow their evolution.
You will report to the Pastry Chef group and to the Executive Chef.
