In the past three years, Big Mamma has taken Paris by storm and shaken up the restaurant scene In our seven restaurants, we offer through a direct product supply from Italy, authentic and homemade Italian food, served with great vibes.
Big Mamma is looking for people to continue its splendid adventure, and replicate the French success in the UK. People who will have the responsibility to gather an impactful Italian team, to build our happy Italian mess, to open our second restaurant in London and put the basis of a rapid evolution model, just like we have in France.
We are about to open the biggest trattoria of the group (300 seats) and our second restaurant in the heart of London. The restaurant will be situated in Fitzrovia and will remind you of a Sicilian traditional atmosphere.

How do we reach that? We want people excited by the idea of launching a big restaurant family. They will ideally have had some management experience, but if not, they must have always had a strong desire to build a Great Team. You’ll be a coach for your staff, providing quality-driven management. Your team will grow up with you and you’ll be the driver for a never-decreasing motivation.
You will learn how to be the best driver of sales and profitability. Through the data available, you will have the capacity to envision what happens in the restaurant, and on the base of that, draw up the best action plan to reach the goal.
For a better understanding about the strength of Big Mamma and to become their representatives, this team will train in France during a short period, to understand the restaurants' vibe, know and work side to side with the founders. This training will focus on making you understand how Big Mamma wants to revolutionize the way to operate restaurants in the world.
